Turkey to ban US use of Incirlik military bases

Southforward.com – Turkey is rumored to be banning US to use Incirlik Military base if the process of purchasing an F-35 fighter is canceled.
Incirlik Military Base itself is used by the United States (US) for operations against ISIS in the Middle East.
